You control our construction projects from A to Z – with a clear view for dates, costs and quality You coordinate all trades and ensure a smooth run – hands-on, solution-oriented and always in dialogue You use digital tools such as BIM, planning software and project platforms to work efficiently and transparently You make independent decisions on planning details and make sure everyone in the team is at the same level You take over the tendering, awarding and billing of after-contracting services – structured and independent You prepare the acceptance with the client and stay contact (m/w/d) – until everything goes round

You have a degree in engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification (e.g. as a technician (m/w/d))) Ideally, you already bring professional experience in the building management or project management You are strong in communication, enforceable and keep an overview even in complex situations You like to work structured and independent – and feel comfortable in digital work environments Knowledge of BIM, MS Project, AVA software or digital collaboration tools are a plus – but no need
