Act responsibly: You are responsible for the professional, legal and risk-conscious processing of refurbishment and settlement customers. Leadership with: You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the team's rehabilitation and settlement and create an environment where everyone can do their best. Engaged accompaniment: You enter and accompany your own refurbishment and settlement commitments and are the anchor for your team. Process optimiser/in: With a sharp look at efficiency and quality, you continuously develop processes, structures and competencies – together with your team and the disciplines. Coach and mentor: You stand by your team as a coach and Sparring partner and promote independent work. Internal service provider: In your role, you are the competent contact person for our sales and market follow-up units and work closely with other departments – networked, solution-oriented and at eye level.

A completed bank training or an economic study with corresponding professional training. Multiannual experience in the field of refurbishment and settlement, ideally in the co-operative or banking environment. Funded knowledge in the credit business paired with risk-oriented action. Leadership, team spirit and motivation to develop your team. Enthusiasm for dealing with people and the courage to go new ways.
