Develop and implement procedures to achieve our Group-wide occupational safety goals with your well-founded expertise in occupational safety You take over the deputy team management in the area of Health & Safety and actively shape the further development of our international HSEQ team You develop central guidelines for the design of jobs, processes and working environments – as well as accompanying the introduction of new procedures and tools As a competent contact person, you advise and support management in questions about risks, prevention and potential for employees' health You develop modern HSE training programs and actively contribute to their implementation In addition, you will accompany and support security audits and site visits within the Group

A completed degree (Diplom, Master or Bachelor) in engineering, occupational safety, environmental sciences or comparable training Qualification as a specialist in occupational safety according to DGUV regulation 2.Multiannual occupational experience in the field of occupational safety – ideally in an international group environment Knowledge of QM systems and environmental management Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Standing for occasional missions to our Apleona locations Personally you convince with conceptual strength, analytical thinking and a high degree of communication skills First experience in team management or representation is advantageous
