Project Engineer Building Construction (m/f/d)

Project management: You take responsibility for the design, planning and implementation of our construction projects in the construction sector, from basic determination to execution and handover Technical control: You plan and coordinate in all phases of the project and control the cooperation with internal departments, external planning offices, specialist engineers, authorities representatives and experts. Planning and technical preparation: You evaluate planning documents, develop constructive solutions and create specifications for structural implementation Testing and quality assurance: You check construction plans, static documents, performance directories and execution details and ensure compliance with quality, dates and costs Sustainable building: You integrate modern, energy-efficient constructions into our projects Documentation: You create and test technical documentation as well as the relevant documentation, taking into account legal requirements and internal standards

Complete study of civil engineering or a comparable technical field Professional experience in planning, tendering, construction monitoring and project management Safe handling of HOAI, VOB and planning and project planning software Knowledge of structural design, construction and technical standards and regulations Structured operation with focus on solutions and on quality and costs Very good communication skills, enforcement ability and experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
