Run & control: You take over the disciplinary and professional management of the city railway operation based on the KVB leadership principles. In doing so, you conduct your employees in a targeted manner, conduct employee talks and ensure clear responsibilities in the team. You define tasks and powers, ensure the ability of the employees to perform their tasks, and recognise potentials that you develop in a targeted manner. In addition, you drive forward the continuous development of your organizational unit. Planning & Responsibility: You will ensure the necessary personnel calculation to ensure the performance of the road services. In addition, you are responsible for the time economy and actively promote the qualification and further development of your employees to ensure a stable and high-quality driving. Managing budget: You are responsible for budget management for the Stadtbahn operation and ensure economic and responsible use of resources.

Qualification: You have successfully completed the ''tested*n specialist for passenger transport and mobility' and have at least three years of disciplinary leadership experience in the operation of a company in the field of rail transport. Expertise & know-how: You have well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal bases (e.g. DF-Strab, PBefG, ArbZG, VGleis). Further training: Personal and professional training is a living practice for you. IT knowledge: You bring user knowledge to MS Office. Personality & working methods: You work structured, targeted, and responsible, and you are characterized by decision-making strength as well as an appreciation of leadership.
