You take over the management of the manufacturing processes in the Centre of Competence Elek­tronic Production; This includes, inter alia, the flat component group manufacture including burn-in, AOI, tube and function testing, production of complex coil assemblies, Wirebonding and laser welding. You optimise manufacturing processes to reduce throughput times, costs and costs. You are responsible for the implementation and evaluation of statistical processes (SPC), six-sigma projects and continuous improvement measures. In addition, you will ensure the smooth operation of new production facilities. You promote the technical quality of plant operators and support a positive team dynamic. In addition, you work closely with the development in order to remain technologically up-to-date and, if necessary, to be able to introduce new production technologies early.

You have a successful degree in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, engineering and mechanical engineering and a comparable qualification. You bring long-term work experience into a service area, preferably in terms of electronics production. You are familiar with digital manufacturing platforms and data analysis tools. Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen and SPC are of advantage. You bring analytical thinking, a streamlined way of working, hand-on mentality and a pronounced team spirit. Good (technical) English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
