Technical design Development of technical solutions for Salesforce Clouds Evaluation Third-party solutions for Salesforce or other CRM software solutions Advising the technical solutions that meet their requirements Development Implementation of priority requirements (e.g. with Flows or execution of SOQL Queries) Responsibility for the quality assurance of the Salesforce Platform (Testing/Backup etc.) Presentation of the implementations and training of key users Implementation of deployments, documentation (confluence) and version management (bitbucket) Support in the integration of Salesforce with other IT systems and platforms Operation Incident and problem management, as well as service requests via our ticket system Jira Control of external service providers Perform updates Support specialist areas for testing Imagine and implement new features
