Whether it's a faulty heating, a query for cost accounting or general concerns about living: you know what it is about because you know the processes from the real estate industry.

You are the first contact person for our tenants You take up concerns for rapid processing – either yourself or in cooperation with our specialist departments (technology, accounting, etc.) You stay friendly even if it gets stressful – your goal is a solution-oriented communication With your commitment, you contribute to a positive customer experience
