In cooperation with your adequate team management, you are responsible as headmaster for the management and organisation of exciting earth-building and old-load restoration projects You process technically demanding tenders and take over the technical control of offer and execution calculations You support development projects from their own locations – from planning to successful implementation You are responsible for the costing, awarding to entrepreneurs, contracting, time and cost management and quality assurance The project area primarily covers the Munich area

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, environmental engineering, environment or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience as a superstructure manager (m/w/d), or in a comparable position, ideally in the field of remediation of old loads or in the field of civil engineering/farm Secure handling of MS Office as well as planning, accounting and costing programs such as MS Project and iTWO Communication, negotiation strength and team capacity – you ensure fair and constructive handling and provide competent staff Independent, responsible and proactive mode of operation Openness for new tasks and challenges You have a class B driving licence and readiness to travel
