You bring forward projects of building land development together with our team “Baulandentwicklung und Landverkehr”. The focus is on sales, sales and exchange contracts, which you tax as a central project on your own, from the creation of the Exposés, through negotiations and contractual arrangements to the draft decision for political bodies. In doing so, you can easily prepare complex content and represent your projects securely and addressably. A further focus is on urban contracts, where legal and technical issues are closely related to practical implementation. You develop contractual bases, find sustainable solutions together with internal specialist offices as well as external partners and accompany their implementation in a legal and practical way, and you have ideally already gained experience in contributing. You will also participate in the Bauturbo and actively contribute to this future-relevant topic. In addition, you will accompany the ground management procedures and actively shape the land traffic. In doing so, you coordinate consultations with authorities and stakeholders, conduct negotiations safely and purposefully, tax award procedures and introduce you to participation formats.

You bring together team spirit, initiative and joy in our Mitmach culture and want to take responsibility for a forward-looking urban development together with us and make it easier. In exchange with administration, politics and external partners, you convince by safe occurrence, communication strength and negotiation skills. Different interests you bring together confidently and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You bring analytical thinking, organizational talent and a good legal understanding to safely classify complex issues. Your knowledge of contract and property law, ideally also in the basic book law and your strength in project management help To advance topics structured and targeted. Your profile is rounded off by a completed study in the field of public management, financial management, law or administrative sciences, or a comparable qualification as well as ideally professional experience in building land development and land transport, as well as in contributing.
