You develop your skills and learn extensive knowledge for your new role. During your qualification, you will pass block-by-block courses at various locations throughout Germany in a period of 12 to 18 months and will be incorporated in the team in parallel. The qualification comprises courses for thermit welding and e-hand welding and is composed of theoretical and practical classes. Your tasks:- You eliminate damage points on rails and parts of the switch, aligning heartpieces, wheel guides, tongues and jaw rails, arc hand welding, thermit welding work and cutting work after the completed courses. Your work usually starts and ends at your support point, all necessary materials, modern equipment and measuring instruments as well as vehicles are put to you You work mainly outdoors and a high-quality workwear is provided to you cleaned Your profile:- Ideally, you will bring a completed vocational training in the commercial and technical field, but at least one school degree – because we will qualify you to the superstructure welder:in- You're ready to work at night and occasionally on weekends... In order to carry out internal qualification, you will bring commitment and readiness to learn.
