Planning, management and monitoring of projects in the areas of building modernisation, in particular heating modernization with heat pump solutions Creating and monitoring project budgets and building schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time, in the right quality and within the budget You coordinate the preparation of awards as well as the internal and external subcontractors and logistics companies involved in the construction, as well as the smooth communication and coordination of specialist planners and departments Implementation of construction meetings and decreases on site, including the follow-up of defect elimination and follow-up management Control of operational key figures and regular reporting on project progress Identification and management of project risks to identify and solve potential problems at an early stage

Complete study of architecture / civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management as project manager desirable Ideally immobile or constructional background Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Secure handling in the application systems SAP/RE (SAP/ ERP) Affinity for numbers and understanding of technical relationships Self-employed, systematic and result-oriented work Embossed communication capability (verbal and in writing)
