SOMETHING DAY In training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, you organize worldwide transports in the air and on the road. You're going through various departments where you're going to perform the following tasks: from smartphones to food boxes and clothes to dangerous goods and insects - you're taking care of the organization of shipping, handling and storage of various shipments You are working on requests from national and international customers and with them your highest quality demands are implemented daily. You get to know complaint processing and damage regulation as well as disposition You will also take care of the export processing and customs processing of international shipments You take early responsibility, work independently and gain a comprehensive insight into DHL Express during your three-year training For the theoretical part of your training, visit the vocational school in Freiburg weekly DATA PRODUCTS You bring a good school degree and are ideally fit in subjects such as English, Mathe and Geography But much more important than your notes is that you are passionate about logistics and you are interested in economic relationships.
