Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

You set up and conduct the monthly pay bills for a fixed group of employees independently. You have the responsibility for reporting and certification and implement it You are the central contact person for employees, social security institutions and authorities on tax and social insurance issues You'll start evaluations and statistics and take the booking of monthly bills and accounts You enter the operational benefits (e.g. attentions; BaV, benefits) and take them off You take over the tax assessment of facts / Benefits (according to §3, §37b & §40 EStG) and independently process the monetary advantages according to §37b EStG of a fixed group of employees In the case of audits and fiscal financial statements (working/creating holiday provisions, etc.) You take over the tax settlement of shipments (Inbound & Outbound) as well as communication with our international colleagues from UK

You have a successfully completed training as a tax specialist, like continuing training as a payroll holder / assistant wage & salary (w/m/x) You have relevant professional experience in pay billing You bring well-founded knowledge in the field of wage tax, social security and labour law At best, you already have knowledge of the Datev LODAS wage program and the CITAX tax program You control the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, safe and professional You have knowledge of German and good English skills You have an independent and structured way of working, analytical skills and a high number affinity
