An engineering and consulting company operating throughout Germany has been accommodating demanding construction and infrastructure projects for many years, from the early stage of the concept to the planning to the successful implementation. The focus is on technically and organizationally highly complex special and large-scale construction projects, where issues such as safety, permitability and in particular fire protection concepts play a central role. These include cultural facilities, transport structures and challenging infrastructure and special projects.

In the course of further growth, a new key role is currently being created in order to increase customer development and project acquisition.

In this position go the next step: You use your project experience and network to identify new projects at an early stage, expand customer relationships strategically and actively contribute to the development of new project opportunities. Identification and development of new project potentials in the construction and infrastructure environment Construction and maintenance of a resilient network to architects, specialist planners, general contractors and project developers Accompanying projects already in early stages (concept, competition, planning) Support for the acquisition and development of new mandates Close cooperation with interdisciplinary engineering teams for optimal positioning of services Participation in building and developing a structured customer development strategy Observing market trends and identifying relevant project opportunities

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or comparable Experience as project manager, project taxer or consultant in the construction or real estate environment Very good understanding of the construction phases and the relevant stakeholders in large projects Ideally an existing network of architects, planners, general contractors or project developers Interest in developing more towards customer development and project acquisition Interest in technically demanding topics such as safety and fire protection (no condition) Communication strength, safe occurrence and joy in building long-term relationships Structured, independent working and entrepreneurial thinking
