Diaconal Education Officer (m/f/d)

Diaconical education: conception, organisation and development of diaconic education for employees and community Training and accompaniment: Responsibility for the training of deacons including the organisation, implementation and support of examination and qualification formats Educational formats & content: Development, establishment and further development of contemporary education, belief and reflection formats Cultural development: to develop participation in the development and strengthening of diaconic culture and values within the organization and an offer of orientation from the perspective of Christian faith in the immediate environment Cooperation & Networking: Close cooperation with the diaconic community of Paulinum and relevant internal and external partners Accompaniment & pastoral care: design of spiritual offers, accompaniment of employees and participation in religious and pastoral formats Impulse & moderation: Promoting dialogue and communication in different organizational contexts

Qualification: Complete university studies with theological orientation, e.g. as a diaconin, religious educationin or theolog*in Educational competence: experience in education and adult education, ideally with a didactical and conceptual focus Conceptual work: Ability to develop, structuring and develop education and training formats Communication & moderation capability: Impressed communication skills and joy in exchange, reflection and work with different target groups Responsibility & Responsibility: Structured, responsible working and willingness to actively promote and implement themes Collaborative capacity: openness for cooperation with internal and external partners as well as for work in growing structures and communities Position & values: Membership in the Evangelical Church (EKD) and identification with the diaconic-Christian mission
