Creation, processing and coordination of national and international events This includes the entire project managment including Set up sponsorship contracts, calculations and cost control of events (budget tracking) Completion of (marketing) materials, management of service providers and agencies and logistical processing with the organizers Preparation, evaluation and success control incl. Ensuring that feedback is collected and stored Support for the Marketing Event Team (EMEA) e.g. in the search of venues and coordination of reservations Organisation of travel, provision of hotel accommodation, procurement of food and beverages and requesting payment of fees Close cooperation with other departments (Medical Office and Professional Education) including in the planning of advisory board meetings or customer trainings Development of existing processes in Salesforce and creation of automatic reporting for quarter planning

University degree in marketing, BWL or a similar field Experience in project planning and budgeting Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable Very good communication and presentation skills Very good German and English language skills, French and other foreign languages of advantage Very good Office 365 knowledge, preferably Excel Hands-on mentality and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Passion to help patients and improve quality of life
