Regional Manager (m/w/d) for the Stuttgart Region

To support operations, we are looking for an unlimited period and at the earliest possible time Regional Manager (m/w/d)

Your task: Leadership with responsibility: You guide and develop a team of 7 Area Managers in your region. As a direct interface to the corporate headquarters in Cologne, you are the first contact person for your team – both professionally and humanly. Total operational responsibility: You take over the control and organization of several locations with some 113 employees – and make sure that processes, quality and customer orientation are in line. Key figures in sight: You analyze and tax business KPIs, answer the budget and drive for an economically strong performance of your region. Strategic expansion: You actively shape the development and further development of our regional service structure – always with a view to market potential and sustainability. Communication & Culture: For clear, transparent communication in your region, you actively support our Carglass® values. You make sure that standards are not only implemented, but also understood and carried along.

You have successfully completed business studies or comparable training – combined with multi-year leadership experience, ideally in a decentralized organization. You communicate clearly, act sovereignly and take responsibility. You are characterized by strong relationship management as well as high solution and decision-making skills. As a leadership force, you bring about a willingness to design, enforcement strength and a real interest in change and further development – you do not have the status quo. You think customer- and service-oriented and pack yourself up – your hand-on-mediality becomes noticeable in everyday life. You are open to cooperation in national and international projects and will gladly bring your experience beyond the edge of the plate. You have a well-founded knowledge of English, are sure to use MS Office, have a class B licence – and bring the willingness to regular, also multi-day missions.
