About us Sport Import GmbH is wholesale for bicycle accessories and parts in the field of mountain bike, road, engraving, BMX and urban cycling. From the Edewecht site in Lower Saxony, more than 80 employees take care of over 35 brands. From here we supply more than 4,700 specialist dealers across Europe – with our products, our know-how and our passion. We strengthen our team... ... and look for you as head of our new e-commerce department. You build the structures, run a team very quickly and advance the digital development of our B2B webshop.

Your tasks

You take full responsibility for our B2B webshop – from the technical development of UI and UX to the introduction of new features You increase sales and conversion rates through cross-selling and personalized assortment recommendations You analyze the trader behavior (buying frequency, shopping cart breaks, sales development) and take concrete measures You develop onboarding materials for new dealers and enter dealer status programs (A/B/C) in the webshop For an easy to navigate webshop, with clearly defined product page standards, an optimal category structure and compliance with legal requirements in the shop

Multiannual experience in e-commerce, ideally in the B2B environment Representative commercial understanding with relevant training and/or studies Technical understanding of shop systems, interfaces and data structures Analytical thinking and safe handling of KPIs and reporting tools Self-responsible, structured way of working – you’re packing up and thinking entrepreneurial Very good German knowledge, very good English knowledge, Polish of advantage You live near our company headquarters in Edewecht or our subsidiary in Poznan (PL)
