Support in enquiries, calculations, supply creation and tracking as well as new projects and change management Communication towards existing and new customers and internal sales, purchasing and project teams Pre-series, in particular collection, maintenance and monitoring of sample customer orders in the ERP system Evaluation and monitoring of ongoing requests and projects Termination and logging of customer and internal appointments Direct support for management, e.g. preparation of presentations, presentations and evaluations Working with trade fairs, marketing and social media activities Market and customer research as the basis for our sales and growth strategy

Completed commercial or technical training or comparable professional qualification First professional experience in sales or sales services, ideally in the automotive environment or in the manufacturing industry Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Structured, independent and end-oriented operation with high customer and service orientation Communication strength and sovereignty in exchange with customers, specialist departments and management Very good knowledge of German and English
