Lead Social Media Strategist (m/f/d)

For further expansion of our social media presence, we are looking for an experienced Lead Social Media Strategist (m/w/d), which combines strategy, creativity and performance and further develops our brand on various social media channels.

Your tasks

Development and implementation of holistic, brand-friendly social media strategies with focus on meta and ideally LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest Development of content columns/formats for different goals (range, binding, infotainment etc.) Planning, creation and publication of high-quality, target-group-relevant content – from static formats to video content Structure and care of active communities through clear communication, moderation and targeted interaction Control of organic and paid campaigns in close coordination with creation, online marketing and strategy Monitoring of central KPIs, creation of reporting and deriving concrete optimization measures Analysis of current platform trends, tools and features for the continuous development of our brand presence Individually responsible management of projects including the creation of briefings, the coordination of external service providers and the timely implementation Mentoring and professional support of juniors and working students

At least three years of professional experience in a comparable role in the agency, brand or lifestyle environment Excellent social media expertise in design, editorial, content production and performance evaluation Safe handling of image and moving image formats and well-founded experience in photo and video productions Strong visual feel for typography, layout, colour worlds and modern storytelling Very good understanding of platform logics and social media tools, such as Meta Business Suite and planning and monitoring tools Experience with suitable tools for image and video editing High affinity for AI tools and their useful use in the creative process Analytical thinking and experience with data-based action recommendations Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with high quality standards
