Contract Management Employee (m/f/d)

In your new position in the contract team, you are responsible for the collective contract work for the field of stationary care. In cooperation with the vdek and the landscape associations, You conduct contract negotiations with stationary care facilities and the accompanying measures. In particular, the implementation of strategic corporate objectives and technical targets falls into your field of activity. As a regional representative for contract topics, you independently represent the vdek or the GKV in various professional bodies. You negotiate and maintain contacts with contractual partners and other institutions.

You have a successfully completed study of economics or health management. Alternatively, training in statutory health insurance with additional professional experience in the contract area is also possible. Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge and many years of practical experience in designing and controlling contracts. In dealing with the opponents, you negotiate skillfully and step up safely. Through your expertise and expertise, you are able to quickly capture the core of one thing and derive meaningful strategies and recommendations for action. Your approach is always strategic, competitive and quality-oriented. In addition, you will bring the necessary mobility and willingness for business trips.
