You advance effective People & Culture initiatives, support transformation projects and actively shape our corporate culture.

You lead your team of business partners: People & Culture and strengthens their role as a strategic partner: within our executives – solution-oriented, courageous and always focusing on sustainable changes.

You develop and tax relevant people & culture metrics and analyses, use them as a basis for well-founded decisions and for the further development of our People & Culture initiatives.

You actively shape cooperation with our works council bodies, develop sustainable solutions and build long-term trust.

With your know-how in labour law, you make sure that we act legally, fair and responsible.

And above all, you bring new impulses, questioning existing ones, and you drive forward changes boldly.

That's what you bring A completed degree in human resources management, economic psychology, BWL or similar areas – main thing, you love what you do.

5+ years of experience in a leading HR role, ideally in an international or matrix-organized environment.

Deep understanding of German labour law and works council work – coupled with the feeling of fingertips, to moderate complex topics in a solution-oriented manner.

Passion for leadership: You strengthen your team, promote self-responsive work and develop talents sustainably.

A structured and analytical way of thinking without losing sight of people.

Communication strength at all levels – clear, empathic, convincing – in German and English.

And last but not least: A hand-on mentality and the desire to really change things.
