Clerk (m/w/d) Payment Transactions and Investments

In the “Payment and Investment” department, we take care of the processing of payment transactions for domestic and foreign countries. Your job: Payment processing: You take over the processing of orders in domestic and foreign payment transactions – both in the case of payment inputs and in the case of payment outputs. Check processing: You are responsible for the processing of domestic and foreign cheque entries and ensure the smooth handling of the transactions. Advertising management: you process complaints in domestic and foreign payment transactions and provide service-oriented clarification. Booking releases: You perform control activities and release electronic payment orders for booking. Your profile: Qualification: You have a commercial training with at least satisfactory completion, ideally you have a bank-based training. Experience: You bring experience in material processing. EDV knowledge: Your knowledge of how to use MS-Office is good and a conscientious way of working. Individual initiative: You are ready to learn and work quickly and independently in new fields of work.
