• You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Hardware Development Laboratory with about 5 employees

• The continuing training and development of your employees is their responsibility

• You plan, coordinate and prioritize development projects and actively engage in cross-departmental cooperation with other development laboratories and locations -You drive the definition of new products taking into account the market environment and involve the participating bodies in the field. You will also be involved in the development of applications

• The monitoring of economic indicators and different project components such as costs and dates is subject to their responsibility

• You participate in building strategic customer relationships and react agilely to changes in the competitive environment

• You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, physics or a comparable degree

• You have good knowledge in the field of analogue and digital circuit technology and the message technology system theory

• You qualify through professional experience in the field of measurement technology or an art related industry

• You have knowledge of the application of the devices and the expectations of our customers

• As a team player, you support your colleagues, share your knowledge and contribute to a positive working atmosphere

• You have the ability to motivate their team, are characterized by a safe occurrence, as well as strength of enforcement and communication

• You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
