• Project management and project management of the construction subprojects as part of the large-scale projects to be implemented in the field of construction and infrastructure, with a focus on the food industry in all phases of the HOAI

• Responsibility for the implementation of client-side targets in terms of costs, dates and qualities

• Development of first planner ideas in relation to their own projects

• Coordination and monitoring of schedules

• Budget control for the subprojects incl. Leading multi- and low cost lists

• Takeover of risk management for your own subproject

• Act as a competent contact person for architects, suppliers and service providers as well as on-the-spot monitoring of the structural implementation of the project

• Negotiation and coordination with all relevant interfaces and service providers and authorities

• completed studies, e.g. construction, architecture, construction management or comparable training

• Multiannual project experience in the construction of commercial and industrial buildings, preferably in the food industry

• Knowledge of building, planning, contracting and licensing principles with a focus on commercial and industrial projects (e.g. HOAI, VOB, BauGB)

• Experience in the international context is beneficial

• Secure handling of MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• German at native language level and knowledge of English
