As a long-term stockholder with currently over 258 objects mainly in Germany, but also in Poland and the Czech Republic. For these objects we take over the complete inventory management and continuously develop the locations. We are a dynamic, friendly and successful team with locations in Germany and Poland. WHAT? ... you as an important part of our commercial property management team, -which independently manages the management of our German real estate within our growing portfolio or -the focus in the secondary cost accounting (mainly industry)

Property Manager focus administration: Active management of our predominantly commercial property Contact person / coordinator for our tenants and service providers as well as WEG administrations Rental management of areas up to 400 sqm Complete control of object performance Cost monitoring and optimization Enforcement of rental increases and receivable management settlement of insurance damage Account processing in digital workflow and preparation of additional cost accounting

Regular object visits Participation in creating reports, budgets and object analyses Support for asset and investment management in strategic decisions Property Manager Focus on additional cost accounting: Preparation of heating bills Development of ancillary cost architecture using standardized formats Implementation of the objective and computational examination and settlement of invoices System-assisted creation of secondary cost accounting Central contact for additional cost accounting Checking house money bills from external administrators

Completed training as a real estate businessman, real estate specialist, or comparable study/training/qualification in the real estate sector. Experience in commercial management of commercial real estate Team orientation, reliability, structured working and a high number affinity An experienced handling of MS Office
