In the Reliability department, we ensure at all stages of product development that all our systems at the end customer in 24/7 operation retain the highest precision required for many years. We are an interdisciplinary team of scientists:inside and engineer:in different disciplines.

You lead and are responsible for the EUV Optics Lifetime project for the cross-product development of basics and solutions with the aim of ensuring the life of EUV optics

You conduct the subproject leaders: within your team, professionally and coordinate their activities (incl. coaching of team members, coordination, coordination and moderation of problems) during the project process

You follow and answer the performance, dates and costs, create project plans and negotiate budgets

You agree closely with the internal and external partners and customers in a complex stakeholder matrix and coordinate them

You are responsible for reporting to the customer, department / department management, the product lines involved and the higher management

You actively and autonomously shape their own impulses and thus lead the project to success

You have completed a scientific or technical study very successfully, additional economic qualification of advantage

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment and have experience in managing larger projects, with GPM certification level B/C or comparable qualification

You have strong leadership and technical understanding, proven by experience in (lateral) management and leadership of their own teams and/or projects

You are enforceable, responsive and resilient and show a high self-initiative working style

You are characterized by secure, address-oriented communication in German and English
