Head of the entire MY TEAM Housekeeping department ensuring the quality of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, taking into account economic factors Acquisition of monthly forecast and budget creation Management and ordering of work materials (e.g. laundry, guest supplies or cleaning agents) Introduction and further development of the people employed in housekeeping Planning and control of the operations of our own employees and of our partner companies Service and holiday planning Head of the Houskeeping team, employee selection, further development, employee talks etc. Communication and coordination with other departments, such as the technical department or the front office Hands-On Mentality when checking the guest rooms and public areas Takeover of Manager on Duty Services

Successfully completed training or completed study in the hotel industry

Professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry of at least 3 years

Forecast and Budget Development Experience

Very good communication skills
