Whole

Responsibility for compliance with the processes agreed with the customer

Analysis of operations, identification of optimization potentials and subsequent tracking

Creation, development and design of process descriptions and tools

Responsibility for the preparation, monitoring and preparation of internal and external audits

Implementation of quality-environment and storage audits

Evaluation of the fissile complaints and initiation of emergency measures in the case of established systematic errors

Cooperation with the specialist department from the German headquarters

Preparation of internal training and implementation documents

Monitoring, cooperation and quality management system

Contact with the customer's competent bodies for all quality processes

Commercial training or studies in the field of logistics, logistics management or comparable

Good process knowledge and knowledge in QSHE instruments (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Safe handling of popular MS Office programs, as well as good German skills

Experience in performing training and presentations

High analytical capability, very good understanding, precise operation, great organisational skills and a pronounced communication capability

Experience in leading decentralized teams of advantage
