With our customers in the Munich area, you will ensure a flexible, competent and effective support for all customers and thus make a valuable contribution to customer satisfaction. This includes the following activities: In case of malfunctions, you are the first contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our customers, provide help for self-help on the phone and are responsible for the subsequent introduction and coordination of services You control the stakes in Germany and Austria They help to solve technical problems You receive general customer requests and provide information and consulting services

A completed commercial or technical vocational training, alternatively several years of experience in customer service First experience in customer support desirable They are strong in communication and have fun dealing with people Also in stressful situations, keep calm and convince by your friendly and reliable appearance German and fluent English skills complete your profile
