Notary Assistant | Top Salary | Commercial Law Firm (m/f/d)

You take over the preparation, execution and execution of notarial documents focusing on company and real estate law. You conduct the written and telephone correspondence with law firms, companies, authorities and courts. You keep the time-limit control in mind and organize appointments as well as the management. You prepare and check drafts and prepare cost calculations according to the GNotKG (or learn this based). You drive the digital file management ahead and actively shape efficient processes. Depending on your experience, you take over the independent mandate management or specialize in specific legal areas.

You are a qualified notary worker (m/w/d) or you have completed a training course for the notary specialist (m/w/d). You have already gained first professional experience in the law firm environment – ideally in the notary, or as a cross-enterer you bring true interest in the notary. You would like to move safely in handling the GNotKG and get to know or deepen the processes of a modern Nur-Notariat. You work in a structured, precise and self-responsive manner and you are characterized by a high service orientation. You convince by the joy of real teamwork and a professional appearance. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; basic knowledge of English is of advantage.
