Trainee Corporate Clients - COO Corporates (m/f/d)

You work across divisions and divisions with strategic initiatives in the corporate customer segment and are in direct contact with our sales department and our departments and COO units. You will gain insights into the performance management of the bank and work on capital and funding issues in the corporate portfolio. You support analytics, presentations and decision templates. You will also get to know the logic of central products in the Corporates segment and participate in their further development - based on market and trend observation. You help to make processes measurably better by automation, simplification and modern technologies, thus enabling a better sales and customer experience. During your trainee program, you also take early responsibility for your own tasks and topics. You will be supported by a team that will accompany you in your development.

You have completed a university degree with BWL focus and has very good German and English skills, at least in C1 level. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You have already gained first experience in sales and/or change processes via internships or work-studierende activities, ideally related to the business customer business. You have the pleasure of penetrating strategic questions and putting complex challenges into creative solutions. You can also use your very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint. You work hard and reliable. In exchange with others, you will be safe and binding and will be happy to build your network.

Training on-the-job, collaboration in current projects and high-calibre deployments in selected business areas of LBBW to build a wide range of product and expertise as well as network
