In our recruiting team for the location in Hannover-Stöcken we offer the exciting opportunity to get to know the daily work in recruiting intensively as part of a (probable) practice at the immediate start. The internship ideally covers a period of 6 months. In addition to the main task in the selection of candidates, there are also other possibilities to get to know different personal processes and to combine and expand your theoretical knowledge ideally with different facets of HR practice. You can independently perform tasks in the recruiting process. These include: Support for incoming applications Support of recruiters in the implementation of telephone interviews Close cooperation with the relevant business partners and departments Ensure an optimal Candidate Journey throughout the Recruiting Process Bringing your own ideas for process optimization and benchmarks The project-related tasks are very diverse: from process optimizations to the development of suitability diagnostics to training and support for training.
