You transfer data from forwarding orders in paper form to our transport management system and collect shipments. You take over digital forwarding orders (customer EDI). You know the necessary documents in the forwarding and transport industry. You shall pay due attention to correct information regarding dangerous goods, customs consignments, goods and more on the basis of internal requirements. You understand the upstream and downstream processes and identify deviations to which you are voting with interface departments. Your daily work begins with a full-time employment between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. depending on the classification and needs.

You provide a successfully completed training or professional experience in the public sector. In addition to good computer skills, you can ideally master 10-finger writing and can quickly handle digital means. You work quickly and carefully and are characterized by reliability.
