We are looking for an experienced and committed team leader (m/w/d) with a passion for technical innovations. The main tasks relate to:

Technical management and coordination of the electrical engineering team

Planning and monitoring of projects in the field of electrical engineering

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines

Development and implementation of new technologies and methods

Cooperation with other departments to optimize processes

Training and further development of team members

Complete study in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in electrical construction, ideally in a leadership position

Knowledge gained in CAD software and electrotechnical standards

You convince by their strong communication talent and understand the successful balance between the requirements of the organization and the expectations of the stakeholders (internal / external)
