The Center 'Production Network Completely Knocked Down (CKD)' supports and accompanies these change processes to achieve the goals of Mercedes-Benz Operation. In the 'Steering and Planning Network' (MO/SNCP) department, the network development team is responsible for the strategic development of the CKD locations worldwide, including their product portfolios. This is done in close cooperation with various interfaces. These include production planning, external affairs, controlling, supply chain and sales. In addition to the integration of premises into new product projects, the focus is on economic consideration as well as local legislation and current developments in CKD countries at all times.
