A task that enthuses you

You analyze, evaluate and support the implementation of the information and training needs of different target groups within the E.ON Group

You support the conceptual development and creation of attractive, needs-oriented training documents and formats

You are actively involved in the planning, preparation and execution of various training formats

You develop information materials and accompanying communication to the trainings and act as an interface between training and communication

You gain practical experience in change management, training moderation and digital HR transformation - and develop valuable skills

You get the unique way to build a strong network in E.ON's digital HR community

A background that convinces us

You are currently immatricated in a relevant study course (e.g. communication, BWL, organizational psychology, human resources management, etc.)

You have very good written and oral communication skills in German and English and are happy to work with people

You have strong organizational skills and good time management

You are safe in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

First knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas are advantageous: in the personnel sector

in Change Management

in the preparation of training documents (e.g. presentations, videos, podcasts)

in performing trainings

You work independently as well as like in the team

You have a good eye for details and accuracy
