Specialist HRIS / HR-IT Systems (m/f/d)

As a specialist HRIS / HR-IT-Systeme (m/w/d), you play a central role in the care, development and optimization of our HR system landscape. You act as a professional partnerin (m/w/d) for internal departments as well as external IT service providers and actively promote the digitization of HR processes. Your tasks include: Assessment, analysis and continuous development of existing HR IT solutions and systems Identification of optimization and digitization potentials in HR processes and implementation of appropriate measures Care and administration of HR systems from a professional perspective Function as key user and application coordinatorin for the HR applications used Recording, prioritization and specification of HR requirements Close cooperation with internal IT departments as well as external IT service providers and software providers Control and support of system adaptations, updates, releases and projects Conducting tests, quality assurance measures and acceptance of new functions Creation and maintenance of documentation, process descriptions and user guides Support and training of users and processing of complex support requests Working with HR Digitalization and Transformation Projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in HRIS, HR IT systems or HR digitization Very good knowledge of common HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Personio, DATEV or comparable solutions) Understanding HR Processes along the Employee Lifecycles Experience in cooperation with IT service providers and in request and project management Analytical and Structured Operation and Strong Problem Solution Competence High affinity for digital technologies and process optimization Communication strength and ability to combine technical and technical requirements Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge As a company of ISG Intermed Service GmbH & Co.
