You take over the planning, control and responsibility for project management for conceptual development, coordination and successful implementation of end-to-end processes in financial and accounting You analyse existing processes, identify optimization potentials and develop innovative, future-oriented solutions for developing our processes You work with different interfaces (e.g. IT, accounting, controlling etc.) You lead and manage project teams and lead the projects to success without detours You moderate project meetings as well as workshops and present the results to stakeholders

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally, first experience in project and process management, preferably in large projects Knowledge of process modeling software of advantage Designed analytical and creative thinking, readiness to use, flexibility and IT affinity Safe appearance and strong team and communication skills as well as pleasure in working with different personalities in interdisciplinary teams
