Housekeeper (m/f/d)

You bear the overall responsibility for cleanliness, care and the outside impression of our house – and thus create the basis for a comfort ambience at the highest level. With a trained view, you control rooms, public areas and laundry and ensure impeccable standards. You will always keep an overview of your team with heart and organizational talent: from day-to-day placement and planning to holiday planning. Whether laundry, cleaning products or equipment – you are responsible for orders, conduct supplier negotiations and ensure a smooth supply of materials. Regular quality controls and product checks make sure that our guests experience the highest standards at all times. With far-sightedness, you continuously optimize and develop workflows and set new, modern standards. Smaller repairs and inserts of the home technician coordinate reliably and carefully. You are the interface between your team, the director and other departments – creating a harmonious process throughout the hotel.

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or the domestic industry and ideally bring experience in a leading position. Organization is in your blood: you work structured, disciplined and keep an overview even in stressful situations. With your sense of cleanliness, order and aesthetics, you create spaces where guests feel comfortable right away. You lead your team motivating, fair and respectful – and understand how to inspire and develop employees. Own responsibility, resilience and flexibility are of course for you. Your communication strength, coupled with good German knowledge (English knowledge of advantage), makes you an estimated interface between guests, team and director. In addition, you think economically, act cost-consciously and thus actively contribute to the success of our house.
