As Operation Expert Process, Data and Automation (m/w/d), you support the operational processes across multiple secondary book processes and ensure a stable, efficient and high-quality operation in cross-process issues. You analyze and explain complex, cross-process issues, deviations and interface topics and develop resilient and sustainable solutions. Improving process and data quality is actively promoted by identifying vulnerabilities, inconsistencies and sources of errors, and by selecting and implementing targeted optimization measures. You actively participate in digitalization and automation in accounting, develop existing solutions and support the use of new technologies in the operational environment. The use of data, key figures and evaluations is part of your working day: you create transparency, manage potential improvements and support the data-based development of the processes. In addition, you work in cross-disciplinary initiatives and projects, in particular in the context of automation, AI and process optimisation, and bring your expertise in a targeted manner. In cooperation with operational teams and interfaces, you are committed to active knowledge transfer and support the establishment of new working methods in the field of process, data and automation.

You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year experience in accounting, as well as experience in cross-process topics, data analysis or digitization in the context of the secondary books. A well-founded understanding of the end-to-end processes in accounting (P2P, O2C, A2R, R2R) as well as their interrelationships characterizes you and you also have experience in the analysis of processes and data as well as in identifying potential for improvement. Safe handling of key figures, evaluations and KPI-based control supports your analytical and structured operation. A basic understanding of data structures, data quality and their relationship with operational processes and reporting is your profile. Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Oracle) as well as an interest in system logic and interfaces. Ideally, you have first experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) as well as basic knowledge of data processing or automation (e.g. SQL, Python or comparable approaches). Analytical and structured thinking as well as the ability to make complex facts understandable and to communicate effectively, both stand out as your readiness and openness for new technologies.
