Senior Physician for Nuclear Medicine (m/f/d)

As a center for treating heart, circulatory and diabetes diseases with more than 2,800 employees, the heart and diabetes center of North Rhine-Westphalia (HDZ NRW) as a university hospital of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and close cooperation partner of the University of Bielefeld is one of the largest and most modern centers of its kind in Europe. Patients of all ages benefit from interdisciplinary care at the highest university level.

The Institute of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging under the direction of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thorsten Derlin is equipped with modern radiological and nuclear medical devices (PET/CT with 128-line CT component (high-sensitive succession system in procurement), two modern SPECT/CT, thyroidal cameras, volume CT, 3.0 T MRT, 1.5 T MRT, mobile X-ray workstations). The institute has a proven expertise in nuclear cardiology. In addition to the clinical area, an MVZ is operated.

Two cyclotrons and a powerful radiopharmacy are available for the production of innovative PET radiopharmaceuticals. We are looking for a full-time (40 h/week) at the next possible time, unlimited and full-time (40 h/week).
