We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated team member who wants to shape our team as Assistant Front Office Manager (m/w/d). As the heart of our Front Office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and the team. With your cordial style and your strong service idea, you make sure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment. You will answer your questions, accept reservations and help them with recommendations and insider tips about Cologne. We also want you not only to be part of our team, but to be part of the hotel. Your ideas and commitment are important to us; with us you have the opportunity to experience your passion for the hotel industry and to give our guests unforgettable moments. Your style. You bring professional experience in a comparable position within the hotel industry and communicate fluently in English. Your work is structured, independent and well organized. The safe handling of Opera in both the front office and the reservation area is of course for you. You have the pleasure of working on new team members, starting them and being actively involved in their development. You monitor compliance with internal policies, such as credit cards, rate structures or segments, and take responsibility for debitor processing and daily revenue reports. The service and holiday planning for your team is also in your area of responsibility. You have an eye for detail and together with the team make sure that every stay becomes a special experience.
