completed academic studies (university diploma or master) of (economic) computer science or comparable in-depth knowledge of project management methods (planning, control, communication and documentation) and supporting software tools in introductory projects with high complexity as well as in process management (UML, BPMN) detailed knowledge of client server system architectures (J2EE, Tomcat), SQL databases (PostgreSQL), (network) file systems (NTFS, CIFS, NFS) and archive systems, security of IT systems and relational databases Basic knowledge of ITIL v3 and reporting platforms, campus, personnel and document management systems (interfaces) as well as interface technologies (XML, WebServices, SQL, CSV, etc.) excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Teamability, problem-solving competence, loadability, independent operation and communication strength
