Operational Power: You support the regional HR manager throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from contract creation to offboarding. Contact person at eye level: You advise our executives and employees competently in all daily HR questions. Always better: You have fun in smooth processes and actively engage to make our processes more efficient. Clean administration: Even if it becomes stressful, you work precisely and make sure that the HR data and contracts are legally secure.

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman) or a study with a focus on personnel (HR). You are ideally bringing together several years of in-depth practice as HR Generalist (m/w/d) or Personnel Officer (m/w/d) and know the entire Employee Lifecycle. You are safe in work law and the routined handling of modern HR systems (e.g. SAP, Personio, Workday) as well as MS Office / google is a standard for you. You're the proverbial rock in the fire. An operatingly tense situation spores on you - you stay calm, prioritize clever and never lose your humor. You work structured, precise and absolutely solution-oriented. As a team player you communicate directly, clearly and legally on all levels.
