Ship Electrical Engineer Submarine (m/f/d)

You are an electrical engineer (m/w/d) or an electrician (m/w/d) at sea testing of submarines – either on board the submarine or in a submarine maintenance group – and serve, monitor and maintain the electrical systems and systems. In the event of a malfunction, you take the troubleshoot and, if necessary, the repair of the affected components. You create training documentation and presentations and guide technical customer training (also in export) in English. You write technical manuals, maintenance documents and evaluate spare parts suggestions. You contribute to QS activities related to logistical delivery. You support the maintenance of special ships and can be used on board a TKMS special ship as an electrician (m/w/d). You support the production of STW/HAT projects from submarines.

You have a completed training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electricians (m/w/d), electrical technician (m/w/d)) – optionally supplemented by a technician qualification (m/w/d) or comparable knowledge. You have the basic qualification for the submarine driver (m/w/d) and have at least one year experience on board a submarine. You own the guard for the machine service according to STCW 95. You bring several years of professional experience in the electrotechnical maintenance and maintenance of marine systems. You are flexible and can switch seamlessly between multiple-month on-board operations and office work in Germany and abroad. You work independently, structured and keep an overview in changing situations. You are a team-oriented, strong communication and master the necessary English for international cooperation.
