Your role at Transformation, Operations & Insights As a Global HR Process Owner for core processes in our Transformation, Operations & Insights unit you will... Own and regulated, scalable global HR process templates for core processes, including documentation and continuous improvement.

Lead global roll-outs and localization of these processes, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and strong adoption across all ZEISS countries.

Partner with HR leaders, IT, Global Functional Teams and vendors to translate business needs into system design, configuration, testing and deployment for your process area.

Ensure process-driven data quality, compliance and risk management in close collaboration with HR Data, Analytics & AI and relevant HR / Legal stakeholders.

Define and monitor process KPIs, drive optimization and automation initiatives, and lead change management, training and communication for new or updated processes.

Your profile Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field; further qualification in HR / process / project management is a plus.

Several years of experience in HR process ownership or HR operations in an international, organization matrix, preference with HCM processes.

Proven track record in designing, standardizing and consuming global HR process templates and global support roll-outs.

Practical experience with global HCM systems and collaboration with HR-IT and external vendors.

Strong process management, analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining and using KPIs for continuous improvement.

English business proficiency is a must-have, German proficiency is a plus.
