You are responsible for the further development of phishing, prevention and security procedures in web and mobile banking. In doing so, you test market trends, perform benchmarking and evaluate State of the Art solutions for secure digital banking. You ensure compliance with supervisory requirements and translate them into productive solutions. You design and control further developments in our security and authentication procedures with a focus on a positive customer experience. You support measures for customer awareness around security in digital banking. You accompany the work-up of fraud cases, analyze system and process levels and prepare them comprehensiblely. As a specialist contact person, you act for internal and external stakeholders and supports in court proceedings.

You have a degree in economics, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in product management, ideally in the environment of digital banking, IT security, women's or phishing prevention. You have a very good understanding of security and authentication procedures in the web and mobile environment. Experience in dealing with regulatory and supervisory requirements in the banking environment is advantageous. Analytical strength as well as the ability to document and explain complex technical and technical matters in a comprehensible manner, we require. You have experience in the analysis of processes and system data (e.g. log files) as well as in cooperation with IT, compliance and legal units. You bring strong communication and presentation skills.
