Complete engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical energy technology Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the development of power supply projects Multiannual professional and at least two-year leadership experience in the environment Contract knowledge in the field of VOB and BGB Structured and independent working and decision-making High customer orientation as well as strong awareness of the technical, safety-related, timely and economic responsibility of this position Experience in leading larger teams Excellent communication skills, empathy as well as polite, value-adding handling of contact persons of all hierarchical levels High service orientation, rapid understanding and prioritisation
